Refund policy

We have a 6 months refund policy, which means you have 6 months after your purchase to request for a refund.

The refund request would be valid as long as you:

  • Your eSIM must has been purchased from the Airsimo website
  • Have not scanned the QR Code
  • Have not used any data form the paid plan
  • Have purchased the eSIM no more than 6 months ago
  • It was not a FREE offered eSIM
  • Send a screenshot and all the necessary information about incompatibility or lock

To start a return, you can contact us at info@airsimo.com. Please note that refund will need to be returned to the purchased credit card details. 

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund acceptance email with all the relevant details and timeline.

Activated and Used Plan
Any plans that have been activated or used cannot be refunded as the data would have already been allocated to the respective buyer/user.

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded but however new issue of gift cards can be made at the discretion of the management based on a case-by-case basis of the situation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@airsimo.com.

Protection Against Fraud and Chargebacks

We take fraud prevention seriously. All transactions are monitored and verified to protect both our customers and our business.

  • Any fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or claims made with false information will be reported to the appropriate authorities and payment processors.

  • We reserve the right to block, ban, and pursue legal action against individuals attempting to commit fraud or abuse our policies.
